When Will I Get My W-2?
Texas Roadhouse, like all U.S. employers, is required to mail or make W-2 forms available by January 31 of each year for the previous tax year.
How to Read Your W-2
Box 1 — wages subject to federal income tax; Box 2 — federal income tax withheld; Box 3 — wages subject to Social Security; Box 5 — wages subject to Medicare.
Lost or Missing W-2?
- Wait until February 1 — they are often late by a few days
- Check your employee portal
- Contact your manager or HR directly through official Texas Roadhouse channels
