Reading the Schedule
Schedules are typically posted 1-2 weeks in advance. Each shift lists the date, start time, end time, and your role for that shift.
Requesting Time Off
Use the Time-Off Planning Calculator to figure out how many PTO hours you’ll use, then submit your request through official Texas Roadhouse channels.
Shift Swaps
Most locations allow shift swaps with co-worker approval. Coordinate with your team and confirm with your manager.
