Our Mission
TXRH Live is built to help Texas Roadhouse employees — Roadies — navigate the everyday tools and systems they use at work. We collect and explain the things you actually need to know, in language that doesn't assume you have an HR background.
What You'll Find Here
- Calculators for paycheck, hours, overtime, and PTO
- Step-by-step guides for common employee tasks
- Security tips to keep your information safe
- FAQs that answer the questions Roadies ask most
Our Independence
TXRH Live is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Texas Roadhouse, Inc. We are an independent informational resource operated by people who have worked in and around the restaurant industry.
If you have questions about your paycheck, benefits, or any official HR matter, please contact your manager or your local Texas Roadhouse directly. We cannot access internal systems and we will never ask for your credentials, MFA codes, or SSN.
Editorial Approach
We try to keep every guide short, accurate, and free of jargon. Every calculator runs entirely in your browser — your inputs never leave your device. If something is wrong or out of date, please let us know on our contact page and we'll fix it.
